Hello Lovely Blogging World!
I promise that I have not fallen off of the face of the Earth
...I am slowly getting a grip and I am back, slowly but surely!
I am at the stage now in the wedding planning to be thinking about gifts
Gifts for the Maid of Honor
Gifts for the Bridesmaids
Gifts for my Parents
Gifts for Sweeter's Parents
Gifts for Junior Bridesmaids and Groomsmen
Eek, I need some help and fast! :-)
(And of course, Sweeter has already gotten his gifts...what a good man I have on my hands!!)
Please help me out with some ideas!
I would greatly appreciate it!
I hope you all had a great Monday!

I gave my girls all a necklace I found at Kohls. It was a sterling silver heart that said 'A true friend reaches for your hand and touches your heart' and they all wore it on the wedding day.
I then went to Michaels and abused their dollar and wedding aisles! I got black make up bags that said 'bridesmaid' and filled it with a fizzy bath bomb, eye masks, Disney princess pencils (since I worked there), red glittery heart stickers, and notepads and notecards with monograms of their first initials on it. I tried to make them fun and things they'd use on the wedding day.
Ryan gave his groomsmen USMC wallets and shot glasses and then to my little brother, our jr groomsman, he gave his old medals that he wore in Iraq.
I fell in love with a necklace from Tiffany's but too much $$ - found a replica on Eve's Addiction. I gave my girls those and them custom wine glasses with their names on them :)
Since I sell this stuff, I would suggest getting them something from 31 gifts. The products are wonderful. You can get each girl and junior bridesmaid a bag and personalize it with their name. You can then put other things inside the bag.

I forgot to say thy for our parents, we got them pictures from the wedding. You could also get them a one night stay at a bed and breakfast.
here's what we did for gifts:

I also gave my maid of honor a really pretty clutch from Banana Republic that matched her dress. The best man got a golf club :)
Bridesmaids & MOH: We made them necklaces and earrings to wear for the wedding and I got them all pretty Coach wristlets that looked good with their dresses :)
BM/Groomsmen: Ours wore suits rather than tuxes so we bought them the ties for the wedding day. They were also all computer nerds (coincidence? not really haha, if you knew my husband) so he bought them engraved USB drives from Things Remembered.
For the girls maybe something Vera Bradley? They have all kinds of cute things besides purses.
I love personalized gifts so thingsremembered.com is a great place to get a variety, plus you can add your wedding date to it so that everyone will remember being apart of your special day!
