I got to see my best Friendoodle yesterday for our weekly sleepover, those always make me happy!

Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner! I can't wait to celebrate and the best part is that My Sweeter will likely be home for Christmas-even better!

Time is starting to go by even faster! WooHoo! The countdown can almost start!

Giggly When Friendoodle and I get together, we always take things 1, 2 even 15 steps too far--we feed off of each other and can't stop laughing! Ugh, isn't it great when your best friend makes you smile :-)

I have realized a new pet peeve: "a lot" is spelled with a space....

My computer has a virus on it..a bad one and I am hoping it gets fixed: ASAP

At work I transcribe class test surveys for one of our programs and I laugh with my neighbor at what some people write...HA!

I love to go out to eat and try new restaurants

I can't justify paying for lunch at work when I can bring a brown bag lunch

I have really vivid dreams and I can always remember them..my Sweeter is always amazed at how much detail I can remember

I love snickers bars

I have a lot of music on my iPod that I don't really listen to...yeah I know, I need to delete some of my songs... so I am going to go into my most listened to playlist and take my first 10 shuffled songs!

A Wee Bit of Me Wednesday

{one} do you still use a checkbook? Yes, I do for things that I can't use my debit card for! I am not very good with balancing it...I need to practice!
{two} what size shoe do you wear? 7 1/2 ish
{three} scary movies or happy endings? I love scary  movies! I do like a happy ending even though they are always they same!
{four} do you prefer spontaneity or stability? Stability...I am an old boring lady when it comes to this kind of stuff!
{five} what is the most embarrassing cd that you own? Sisqo...I wanted it when I was in Middle School just for the Thong Song!
{six} do you watch reality tv? No I don't! I think that it is all silly and I don't enjoy it...
{seven} what is your favorite home-made meal? Lamb Chops, Green Beans and Baby Potatoes! YUM!! YES PLEASE!
{eight} do you have any allergies? Nope!
{nine} if you could open your own restaurant/store, what would it be? I would LOVE to open up a restaurant! I have been telling my mom to do it since...forever...I would love to have a nice, fancy Italian restaurant!
{ten} would you ever go skydiving (or have you been)? I want to go! I wish that I had the nerve to follow through with it!

 As you may know, I love Chai Lattes! They always bring a smile to my face

A friend recommended a chai from Trader Joe's to me and I tried it this morning--

it is as good as Starbucks...maybe even better because it doesn't cost $3.50 a cup!

Day 24-Something You've Learned

In the past couple of months I have learned a lot of things that I will gladly share!

(1) Do NOT get involved in multi-level marketing...

...unless you have thought every aspect through and through and you know it is a safe investment. I like to think of myself as someone who never makes rash decisions...until now, that is...I got involved in the middle of summer and I definitely was in way over my head and it has been one of the most difficult experiences!{I guess you can say I have had a pretty easy life!} Not only has it been hard because of all of the stuff that goes along with it...so when it is all hard lets just throw MONEY into the mix and it makes everything 6000times harder! Just don't do it unless you know someone personally and you know that they have your best interests at heart!

(2) Beer before liqueur, never been sicker...

....and beer then liqueur then beer again will make you even sicker! I was in college. I was in a sorority. I went to Europe..I know these things but I had never learned them until recently. I will not go into any more detail....I think you all get the picture...eek!

30 Day Challenge: Day 23

Day 23-Favorite Vacation

My Sweeter and I went to Kaua'i, HI summer of 2009 and it was the best vacation I had ever been on!

Originally we were going to take a cruise to Mexico and I was really excited because I had never been on a cruise before and I had never been to Mexico!

Then....the Swine Flu hit and they rerouted our cruise to Canada. We thought that would be cool and all, and then we found out that one of the stops was in San Francisco, and since it is my home city.... we decided that we could do a cruise another time. We cashed in our tickets for plane tickets and a one bedroom condo in Kaua'i.

I have never been on such a relaxing vacation before..in my life! We cooked our meals together and we drove all over Kaua'i for the 9 days that we were there! It was the best vacation ever!

For some reason, I LOVE waterfalls, so we drove around the island looking for waterfalls and took pictures with all of them!

I don't know about you all--I sure hope that Tuesday is better than Monday! Monday was just one of those days! I hope that Tuesday brings lots of smiles :-)

Top 2 Favorite gifts you have received

Wow, I don't know an answer to this one...I have seriously been contemplating this for a while, and have pretty much come up with nada, zilch, nunca, nothing.

And of course, as I say I can't think of anything, a few things come to mind...perfect timing!

1) My education. I was fortunate enough to have my tuition paid for and I am really, truly grateful toward my parents for that. Thank you!

A) My Engagement Ring. It means so much more to me than just a material possession. It signifies a beautiful love that my Sweeter and I have and it symbolizes a life that I cannot wait to live with him!
