I had a frustrating customer and my buddy said this to me
And I think it is genius!
My Buddy: "My grandma used to say: 'don't worry about it...they are just confirming their reservation...'"
Me: "Confirming their reservation?"
My Buddy: "Yeah, confirming their reservation in hell"
Remember that the next time some one is rude to you!
