My Thoughts: "Well, if you are so smart and have a PhD, maybe you should know how to use a computer!?"

He was my longest phone call: 40 minutes!

And I find out that he is a retired dentist...
...hmm...yeah, I ok!

40 minutes is RIDICULOUS!
#1 Having a PhD does NOT make you an expert in everything - or anything really. Having a doctorate in dentistry doesn't mean you know how to work a computer or follow directions, now does it? People need to get over themselves and not see someone giving them help as an insult.
#2 Old people and computers don't mix.
#3 After 20 minutes I probably would have put the phone down and walked away. You have more patience than I.

hahaha a dentist. all I can think about is how the guys make fun of that one character in the Hangover constantly because he's always saying he's a doctor and he's really (their words) "just a dentist". lol
